Ben got a job

Just to let everyone know that Ben got a job. He starts on Tuesday, August 4th. I am still looking for a job. I am hoping to have one with in the next few weeks. I had an interview last week and I am having another interview next week. Please keep me in your prayers that I get a job. As soon as we both have a job and stay at it for a while, then we can start planning the wedding. I can't wait for that to start.

Job Update

Just wanted to let everyone know that Ben got a new job. He started on Wednesday this week. So, as of right now, the wedding planning can start back up this summer. As, for me, I am still looking for a part-time job while I am in school.

Wedding Plans

I am sorry to report, that due to the fact that Ben and I currently are unemployed, our wedding plans are at a stand still until we get jobs. I will let everyone know when we start planning the wedding again. So, please keep us in your prayers and thoughts. Thanks.

Christmas 2008

I am sorry, that I am a little late, but I am hoping that everyone had a good Christmas. I know
Ben and I had a great one. We had a very busy day. Plus, we have another Christmas on Sunday.

Happy Thanksgiving

Just wanted to tell everyone Happy Turkey Day. Ben and I will be spending the day together with his mom's side of the family. Then on Saturday, we will be with his dad's side of the family. Then a week later we will be having Thanksgiving with my family when Kyle and his girlfriend come home. So, everyone have a good day and eat lots of food.

Engagement Day

On March 31, 2008, I am proud to say that I got enagaged to the most wounderful guy. His name is Benjamin Wayne Proudfoot. We were at the opening day game for the Cleveland Indians. In the middle of the 2nd inning of the game, I was surpised to find out that we popped the big question; "Kara, Will You Marry Me?" I of course said "yes." We have set a date for the big day. It is Saturday June 11, 2011.
